Early Life and Education

Sara Netanyahu was born in November 1958 in Kiryat Tivon, Israel. She is the wife of former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Sara studied psychology at Tel Aviv University, earning a bachelor's degree in 1982. She went on to earn a master's degree in clinical psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1984.

Professional Career

Sara Netanyahu has worked as an educational and career counselor. Prior to her husband's election to Prime Minister in 1996, she worked as a psychologist at the Tel Aviv University Medical Center.

Public Service

As the wife of the Prime Minister, Sara Netanyahu has taken on a public role. She has been involved in various social welfare initiatives, including programs for children and families. She has also represented Israel at international events, such as the World Economic Forum.
