After ruling the 2023 Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference, the Creamline Cool Smashers will banner the country once more in the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference. Sherwin Menesis will be the head coach again for the Creamline Cool Smashers this 2023 PVL Invitational Conference.
